The Almaraz and Guzman enbanc decisions have been handed down by the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board. Injured Workers now have the right to rebut the validity, correctness and suitability of the ACOEM guidelines. The defense bar and insurance companies are crying foul because their delay and deny treatment scams are finally coming to an end.
