Had both, hands on and the adjustment piece, I had a lot of dry needle-ing and acupunctre, and that did help ease the pain somewhat, but was a small fix; I have tried prolotherapy which was 144 needles 1st time and it also helped, but the second time had 80 needles but could not tolerate it, it was literally horrible. If you can’t get properly diagnosed how can you get properly treated?
some ciros only use a adjustment piece of equipment, no hands on… way better..is that what u tried ?
My chiropractor requested an MRI from wcb but was denied.
your chiropractor can take x rays of your body…get a copy.. then search for a further doctor…and get the certainty, then u can tell comp, what asses they r…get your x ray.. you can do this..?
Doing terrible, I have come to realize i will never get any medical help for my multiple spinal injuries as long as workers comp is involved;
My tailbone injury has deteriorated terribly even though a PUB MED study proves that my pelvic organs will malfunction, (which has started some time ago) I am still being denied the very operation I need;

I am even now taking a step back. shaking my head after riddance the new Drugs, I was trying.
I just don’t get it?
Somethings are so simple to see, but if it costs to much to fix, it’s worth just righting a few of us off to save face!!

I recently saw a neurosurgeon who stated that i need to see an ortho surgeon 2009; DENIED BY WCB;
He also stated that he thinks my pain is from my multiple breaks, or mech back pain; I have severe pain at the break in my back and tailbone, I cannot sit lacking severe pain resulting.
My left shoulder injury, which wcb denied claim acceptance
is also causing me severe pain, which I recently had 5 cortisone shots to try to ease the severe pain;
Workers Compensation is officially recognized FRAUD;
30 months for an MRI? 18 Months for an MRI of your spinal injury? Workers Compensation are LIARS; expedited medical tests, not in our lifetime;
Saskatchewan workers compensation has crippled a further injured worker with their FRAUD / NEGLIGENCE / Breach of Duty of Care / Intentional infliction of Injury;
Canada is the most corrupt place to live if you need medical treatment for a work injury;
You were labeled as a malingering faker so Workers Comp could deny you medical help for your injury;
South Hill Physiotherapy and Summit Physiotherapy in Prince Albert Sask. are both PUPPY-MILL centers that workers comp uses to deny injured workers appropriate medical intervention; Both of these physiotherapy centers frequently send injured workers back to work undiagnosed in severe pain;
Doesn’t surprise me that they returned you to work undiagnosed with 2 spinal injuries and your previous shoulder injury untreated, as both these physiotherapy centers are WCB paid to minimize your injuries;
Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board employees are fraudulently denying injured workers claims so they can deny injured workers help; With millions of dollars in the fund to help injured and disabled workers who have suffered severe injury, INJURED + DISABLED workers are being denied any help whatsoever;

Sask WCB is denying Physicians, Specialists, Neurosurgeons recommendations for rehabilitation or operations; These WCB employees need to be fired ASAP;

Appeal after Appeal after Appeal; this is how workers comp intentionally causes mental + emotional distress;
I should have won my appeal as the in rank I supplied supported my claim for further help; I was denied and the workers compensation board then stated to me to get Sask Shape to treat my injuries;
With MILLIONS of dollars in the INJURED WORKERS FUND, I was denied medical HELP; This is how Workers Comp passes the cost for treatment of work injuries off onto the unsuspecting TAXPAYERS
Bruce vandra is right after all your appeals are finished then you can take to the supreme incite but all the judge can do is send it back to the wcb and under the appeals tribunal act you have 30-60 days to do this and they can deny you the right to have lawyer present this Act is right out of the stalin era all injured workers should read this keep up the fight Bruce.

You know your not alone, and many have been place threw the same and sorry to say more will stay on, there are places to look for others that have been there and tried different things to get help!!

There are also facebook groups that might help you find some in rank or a way to help.
Lots of us waist time repeating the steps that do not work, and I know as you do waisted time adds to the Frustration.

Sir, It was Jan 1999 when I was diagnosed with Stomach flue, then it was a Gastric infection, then it was a pulled mussel, then it was a Hernia, then it was in my head, then I was sent to the MAYO Clinic!
Pain is pain and now I have a Spinal Cord Stimulator, a Medical MJ Prescription, and Chronic Pain from nerve hurt, that I will more than likely suffer with for life!!

Ive been in that position also. It is a catch 22 for all of us permanentally injured under the bootheel of wcb. We are no longer productive members of society and therefore society as a total value the abuse by wcbs in this country.Most canadians dont realize that hey could be next. compcamp 76
As I do not know you I won’t talk out of my hat, I will only say that I hope you obtain some fierce advocacy. I despise to see someone in your position having to fight a battle like this on your own. Justice of any kind seems to be a thing of the past in Canada. I live with a crippling injury inflicted by a man who assaulted me in 2007. CVAP refused funding for the physio & surgery I was told I needed. As people we can support each other, but we need a viable means to fight City Hall as it were.
The system is set up to ruin sincerely injured workers

After about 4-6 years, you get to go to supreme incite and a further waiting game.
The catch is ?
Can you live that long before WorkSafe B.C has driven us into more mental illness witch dirves us to suicide.
Then they WIN ?

THEY WILL NEVER WIN.

I am NOT going away.
