They are deserving of cash considering how they can’t pay their bills through vouchers. In defending consumers against avaricious class action lawyers, the judge used common sense and tort reform advocates applauded him for this. What this will do is send health care costs through the roof without improving patient care and the personal injury lawyers are aware of this. Such logic had no flaws.
