attorney workers comp how to tell if he is doing a good job?
I had my case now for 5 months. Is it normal that my attorney only call me once, and sometimes he takes days or doesn’t return my calls when I have questions.
Why is this or is he busy?
How to tell when your attorney doesn’t work for you?

If you have questions or if you just what to know whats going on
put it in a letter that way you know he will get it. It best to put
every thing in writing. Now for him calling you if there is nothing going on with your case your part there is nothing to talk about.
when this happens its up to the insurance co. to make the next
move. Don’t get in to a rush this part takes a little time.
The one thing you don’t ever do is go get another lawyer
if you did you would have to pay both lawyers.
If they both charge 15% you would be losing 30%
out of what the insurance co. pays you. If your lawyer quits on
you then you don’t have to pay him.
To find out more about how it works i suggest you
go to the library read how to file a workmans comp claim
this will help you get a better idea on how the system works
