How do i respond to legal questions asked by insurance attorneys involving workers comp?
Insurance carrier for my employer has denied my surgery.
Ive kept all appoints all doctors I’ve seen agree to the surgery because all medical findings were the same.

You should probably get your own attorney to fight the battle for you, otherwise you will almost certainly lose and be denied.
