Upset about my attorney workers comp
….what do you think?
Hi I have my case for over 8 months now. Broke my foot working.
Insurance has always denied my claim, so my doctor is requesting surgery which they have never approve so I’m receiving money from state disability.
ok..last so far nothing has been done to my foot.
Nothing….i went to a settlement hearing with my attorney and I ask him why is insurance has not approve my surgery. He responds insurance was not aware of it ..?? what ,,,what ,,,I thought that this meeting was for this to settle the surgery and future care, so why did my doctor tell me that I need to go to court.
When nothing was done I have to wait 7 more months for another meeting so what’s up with this attorney…he’s from Larry H Parker firm…..

Workers compensation claims can be complicated and take a lot of time. However, you should not put off getting the medical care that you need.
If you find that this attorney is not answering your questions, hire a different one.
