what can I do if my workers comp attorney is incompetent?
I have a legitimate claim from ’03.
He is trying to settle my case by bullying me.
He said I was over paid and collected state disability and workers comp and they want to prosecute me.
Made me sign a paper for a ridiculously low amount to make this "go away".
Says we refile now to take care of my medical.
HELP! I’ve lost my home already

Yikes!!! In my state, the state disability puts a lien on the comp so if it’s determined by the judge that it is WC then the employer’s comp has to repay the state. Email me.
