What is an average settlement for a rotator cuff tendonitis in a workers comp case?

I am getting towards the end of my workers comp case and my attorney is asking me whether or not I want to settle.

I just feel like the amount he feels I should receive is a little lower than what I should get.

Any answers you may have post them.
